How does it work?

• STEP 1: Provide Doctor’s Orders & Insurance. We require a copy of your doctor's orders and a copy of your insurance card.
• STEP 2: Insurance Verification. We verify with your insurance company which accredited laboratory they cover (i.e. Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp, Primex, etc.)
• STEP 3: Appointment Scheduling. Once verified, we schedule an appointment that works for you.
• STEP 4: Payment. Choose the payment method you prefer. Once payment is processed an email confirmation of the appointment and payment will be emailed to you.
• STEP 5: Home Specimen Collection. A certified phlebotomist will visit your location to collect the required specimen.
• STEP 6: Specimen Delivery. After the collection, we promptly deliver your specimen to the designated laboratory for processing.
• STEP 7: Laboratory results. Results will be faxed by the laboratory company directly to the ordering doctor or you may access your results if you have an online account through Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp.

NOTE: Your insurance will typically cover the laboratory testing, while the phlebotomy service is private pay, as most insurance companies do not cover it.
